Day 2 of 90 (personal transformation)


Today wasn’t easy as I literally got no sleep. It was really warm and the neighbours alarm kept going. Spent last night reading and watching “Roots.” I have only had 15 mins sleep this afternoon. We also had dinner around friends around 7pm and I couldn’t resist dessert. Having said that I am looking at intermittent fasting (after 6pm) beginning on Mon. See link below.

Pre-breakfast (4am): 2 bacon (turkey) and egg cups, with cooked mushroom, tomatoes and hot line pickle.

Breakfast: small bowl of bran flakes with coconut and mixed nuts and a guava. It’s an Indian pear.

Post-workout: all-in-one shake

Snack: pineapple and mixed seeds

Lunch: 2 chicken thighs, mushroom rice and chili

Snack: beef biltong, handful of Brazil nuts and 2 chicken thighs with chilli.

Post-workout: all-in-one shake

Dinner: lamb bauna, turkey keema and vegetable curry, salad and small portion of brown rice.

*Dessert: fresh blueberries, mascopne cheese and sponge cake with jelly topping.
