Day 3 of 90 (Personal Transformation)


After a good night sleep today went really well, hit a mega session in the gym and then a few hours gardening. Had a nice relaxing bath as well, a great way of easing the soreness from a heavy week of training.

Breakfast: all-in-one shake

**Post-workout: all you can eat buffet breakfast – not sure of the logic of the weekly cheat meal but I cheated big on this one.

**Lunch: BBQ sausage and a hamburger with ketchup and chilli

Snack: some Brazil nuts

Dinner: a bento box, it’s Japanese – see below
